1:1 and small group coaching

Have a particular grade level that is struggling with including and effectively teaching students with IEPs? Have an IEP team that is struggling with envisioning what inclusion for a student might look like?

In my 12 week coaching cycles, I will help the team make concrete shifts in the beliefs, mindsets, and instructional and collaboration practices needed to successfully co-design and implement strength based, inclusion focused IEPs.

compliance improvement support

As a special education systems leader, you need thought partnership and direct support with tackling the most persistent and negative outcomes within special education: disproportionality, low graduation rates, and low Least Restrictive Environment percentages. Inside this leadership coaching container, I will show you what data you need to collect and track, how to map out immediate and long-term priorities that are articulated in a strategic plan. Lastly, I will walk alongside you through implementation to provide guidance, accountability, thought partnership, and mindset/leadership coaching.

Do the best you can until you know better. then when you know better, do better.”
